

Our most comprehensive diagnostic, the Physical Therapy Evaluation includes postural pictures and a full movement assessment to ensure that we are getting the most accurate and clear picture of your body. Our in-depth evaluation helps to establish a baseline starting point to help you identify vulnerabilities and compensatory mechanisms, and create a plan to decrease pain, increase your strength and ultimately return to higher levels of performance.

Exactly as this sounds…sometimes a “shorter” more focused look is the answer before a FULL evaluation is a better answer. In these 5-20 minute checks, issues come to the forefront and are pinpointed to set up either diagnosis/therapy etc, or the potential scheduling of something more comprehensive that will require a Full Evaluation.

Get Fit’s Performance Therapy program consists generally of 5-10 sessions (including the physical therapy evaluation). Each appointment is scheduled with the same practitioner who will guide you through your recovery process, provide you with a new (progressive) customized routine and a progress update based on your physical presentation and reporting.
If you have been in a car accident etc., your treating physician may prescribe additional Physical Therapy and/or massage services as part of your recovery plan.
